Establishing a Secure Session
Section titled “Establishing a Secure Session”To ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data access, follow the standardized login procedure:
- Identity Entry: Enter your organizational email in the Email Address field.
- Credential Verification: Input your password into the Security Credentials field.
- Authentication: Click Establish Session.
- System Behavior: The button will display a spinner and the text “Authenticating”. Do not refresh the page during this process.
Dark Mode
Section titled “Dark Mode”The bottom-left sidebar footer also contains a dark mode toggle. When in light mode it displays “Dark Mode” with a moon icon; when active it displays “Light Mode” with a sun icon.
Session Termination
Section titled “Session Termination”To prevent unauthorized access on shared workstations, you must explicitly log out.
- Navigate to the bottom-most section of the left sidebar.
- Click System Logout.
