Access Control & Session Management

To ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data access, follow the standardized login procedure:

  1. Identity Entry: Enter your organizational email in the Email Address field.
  2. Credential Verification: Input your password into the Security Credentials field.
  3. Authentication: Click Establish Session.
  4. System Behavior: The button will display a spinner and the text “Authenticating”. Do not refresh the page during this process.

The bottom-left sidebar footer also contains a dark mode toggle. When in light mode it displays “Dark Mode” with a moon icon; when active it displays “Light Mode” with a sun icon.

To prevent unauthorized access on shared workstations, you must explicitly log out.

  1. Navigate to the bottom-most section of the left sidebar.
  2. Click System Logout.
